Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist Location: Pune , Wanowarie We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our social media platforms and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement strategies. They should also have experience in using various social media tools and analytics to monitor performance and drive growth Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design and content team to develop social media content that is aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online community interactions.
- Monitor social media accounts for trending news, ideas, and feedback, and provide insights to optimize engagement.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and native platform analytics to provide regular reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) to ensure brand consistency and increase conversions.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to reach the target audience and drive lead generation.
- Identify key influencers and develop partnerships to enhance social media reach.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Google Adword, Campaign)
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
