Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:Main Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:Perform daily cash application for the 3rd party customer payments.Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of transaction postings within 2 days upon receipt of customer payment details; 100% application at month-end.Work closely with local Customer Issue Resolution team and finance team on issue resolution of customer payment details not provided on time (GSC Daily SLA Target at 90%).Ensure compliance to global financial standards and internal controls specific to AR Process.Ensure the performance meets KPIs and continuously improve productivity and service quality.Perform mid-month close process and analysis of AR and Sales Accounts (if needed).Engage in ad-hoc activities such as internal/external audit, tax audit, or as may be assigned.Basic Qualifications:Accounting degree and working experience in Finance and Accounting area at least 1-3 years.Solid financial accounting and internal control knowledge are required. CPA is an advantage.Experience in Account Receivable is preferred -1-2 years.Experience in Shared Service Center for multi-national corporation is preferred.English language is necessary for this role.Skills:Working knowledge of SAP.Ability to learn legacy system (AS/400, PeopleSoft, etc).Flexible for new assignments and willingness to learn.Cross functional and cultural communication skill.Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes.Highly client service and quality-oriented mindset.Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload.Team oriented person.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Please note: your application may not be considered if you do not provide your education and work history, either by: 1) uploading a resume, or 2) entering the information into the application fields directly.
