Joom is an international group of eCommerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom currently includes the following businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; and JoomPro, a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. Joom’s offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil and Portugal. We are now looking for a Head of Marketing (B2B) for our new Business Unit — Joom Pulse. Joom Pulse is an analytical service for businesses aiming to optimize their presence and sales on online marketplaces. We start in Brazil but expect to expand to other markets. Our solution empowers sellers to make data-driven decisions and achieve maximum success in e-commerce. Most importantly Joom Pulse should provide an answer to the “What should I buy to make money on local marketplaces?” question and it will help merchants optimize their daily work on marketplaces. Joom Pulse mainly focuses on small and medium businesses already working in e-commerce or those who just started their business. We are currently searching for creative Head of Marketing, who will be promoting our product among our perspective clients in the country — small businesses and entrepreneurs who are into clothing, homewares and electronic equipment sales. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content creation strategies across various channels and formats
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials and initiatives across different channels
  • Increase brand awareness through targeted marketing efforts and strategic campaigns
  • Organize and promote conferences and trade shows
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve set objectives
Requirements
  • Knowledge of B2B e-commerce market in Brazil
  • Proven experience in developing successful content strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving approach
  • Track record in managing events and conferences
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
Preferred
  • Experience with SEO
  • Willingness to participate in conferences and events
