THE ROLE:
This role will provide support in the management of assigned district's retail operations ensuring that the best operational standards pertaining to customer service and compliance are upheld.
Will ensure compliance of day-to-day retail operational procedures of assigned outlets.
Will be responsible to achieve sales targets of assigned shops.
THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:
Business Graduate with 3+ years' experience in a leading retail or FMCG company at similar capacity.
Excellent communication, people management and decision-making skills, along with familiarity of customer service standards.
Should have excellent grasp on MS Excel.
Candidates fluent in Pashto Language will be given preference.
