Job Description: Sales Executive in Medical Billing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in medical billing solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our footprint within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the medical billing sector.

Identify and prospect potential clients, including medical practices, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.

Understand client needs and pain points related to medical billing processes, and effectively articulate how our solutions can address their challenges.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical billing software and services.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as product development, implementation, and customer support) to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting medical billing practices.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and updates in CRM software, and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the healthcare or medical technology industry.

Strong understanding of medical billing practices, revenue cycle management, and healthcare reimbursement processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.

Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience with CRM software and proficiency in sales analytics tools is advantageous.
