Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our dynamic marketing team in São Paulo. This role will support the Head of Marketing for Latin America and is an excellent opportunity for a top university student who is serious about gaining hands-on experience in marketing and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be fully proficient in English, with Spanish as a plus, and will work closely with various teams to help drive our marketing efforts across the region. T his is not a remote or hybrid role. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, educational content, and CRM communications.
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitors to support strategy development.
• Campaign Support: Help plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with followers on social media platforms.
• SEO and Website Optimization: Assist in optimizing website content and improving search visibility.
• Branding Support: Collaborate on developing marketing materials consistent with brand guidelines.
• Administrative Tasks: Provide general support to the marketing team, including organizing assets, maintaining databases, and assisting with compliance approval processes and the influencer partnership program.

• Currently enrolled in a top university in São Paulo, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Full proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong desire to work for a leading fintech company.
• Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management is preferred.
• Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Must be available to work on-site in our São Paulo office; this is not a remote or hybrid role.
