Our clients include multinationals and SMEs, governments, non-governmental organisations, supra-nationals, and non-governmental organisations.Job DescriptionThe Training Coordinator is the responsible manager allocated to staff induction training, compliance training, clinical training coordination, emergency procedures, code blue training, weekly/monthly/annual training plans and training records.The key roles and responsibilities of the Training Manager is:Overall training coordinator of all training and continuous learning activitiesInitial Staff induction Training including safety briefing, Iqarus orientation, at-sea orientation.+Bespoke offshore safety training for staffClinical training coordination for all clinical activitiesUpdate staff training records on all training using T-200-a records.Emergency procedures training with all staffQualificationsMinimum of 5 years' training experience within a hospital/medical environmentClinical educator ideal to ensure clinical competencyGood IT, planning and coordination skillsOffshore BOSIET/HUET training mandatory entry requirements
