GE Healthcare Global Device Quality Leader Eindhoven , Netherlands Apply Now As Global Device Quality Leader, you will lead the Supplier Quality process of all medical devices and consumables distributed by our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business worldwide. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for supplier qualification which includes supplier audit, change management and revision of quality agreements. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints, quality management reviews and kpi monitoring. You will be working closely with the regional quality team and reporting to the Senior Director, Regional QA PDx. Used throughout all major disease area diagnostic and treatment pathways, PDx products support three patients every second around the world.Implement, and improve Supplier Quality processes ensuring Supplier Quality compliance to GE HealthCare Regional QMS and Supplier QMS for PDx, regulatory requirements and overall process improvement.Work closely with Regional Quality, Suppliers, Sourcing and Commercial Leaders, and Supplier Quality Team to deliver improvements that minimize the Costs of Quality and Service, and factory defects.Conducting reviews, performing audits and documenting findings for suppliers.Make supplier pass/fail decisions based on evidence and established GE HealthCare PDx procedures.Provide information and decision influence/guidance to PDx management as appropriate through escalation.Providing follow up activities to ensure timely compliance with regulations and conformance with written, and approved procedures.Manage Customer complaints related to 3rd party medical devices and accessories.Basic RequirementsBachelor or Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field;Relevant experience in the Medical Devices industry in a supplier quality role;Experience with the release of products and with implementing new products;Experience working with Sourcing, Commercial and with managing customer complaints.BehaviorsWe expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership - always with unyielding integrity.Total RewardsOur total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
