Main responsibilities are like following,Maintain close liaison with department staff for ensuring maximum productivity.Timely Warranty settlement with principalManaging of workshop resources and to work for the better profitabilityImplement policies to ensure the customer retention for generationsProblem solving skills with "CAN DO" Attitude.Initiative to strengthen the brand image and the upcoming models.Must be a mentor to guide and motive all team-members.Timely coordination with principal company so as to uplift the dealership image.Job SpecificationMinimum 10 years in automotive workshop working experienceB-Tech (Auto and Diesel) and business managment degree will be considered as an added advantage.Capability to manage the workforce of 10 ~ 20 persons.Where Safety comes first, Changan is a new venture in Pakistan which has collabrated with Master Motors to offer its world class products in Pakistan.
