Reporting tothe F&B Retail Manager Retail Projects& Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketingstrategies for own distribution across the region to enhance brandawareness andperformance. Thesuccessful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational andcommunication skills strong solutionoriented mindset andproactiveness.MAIN MISSIONS Elevate client experience: Build and implement local eventcalendar. Create different types of inside/outside boutiqueactivations for VIC / regular / new clients respecting localmarkets specificities. Ensure excellentexecution of boutiques window animations according to Global planadapting it to local markets needs. Pilot andintroduce new tools and mechanics to increase brand visibility andclients experience. Elaborate CRM approach inclose collaboration with Client Engagement team to increase theweight of active clients. Launch and develop brand loyaltyprogram. Contribute to crossdivisionalcrosschannels initiatives and big brand events to ensure cohesivestrategies.Improve brand effectiveness: Work onnovelties forecasts follow up and react on changes to anticipateeventual risks. Manage and effectivelyallocate the budget to maximize return on investment and marketingoutcomes. Adjust strategies as needed to stay within budgetaryconstraints while achieving business goals.Evaluate performance metrics of allactivations. Give guidance and maintainconsistency and brand image across thenetwork. Analyse market and industry trendsconsumer preferences and monitor competitoractivities.Supporting & Following up efficiently Communicating clearlyand harmoniously: Ensure strongcommunication and harmonious collaboration between Retail officeand field teams Middle East Commercial Marketing PR LEDteams. Initiate and shareproactively regular reporting (qualitative and quantitative) withthe F&B Retail manager and EUteam. Retail / Marketing/ Project management experience is mandatoryExperience in luxury F&B retail would be anadvantage A proven track record of strongorganizational skills Dynamic openminded andfriendly attitude Eye fordetail analytical skills and strategicthinking Emotional and situationalintelligence Reliable withintegrity You express yourself extremelyclearly with a superb command ofEnglishThisjob has been sourced from an external job board.
