AboutUs:Tadasei Consults is committed tofostering growth and enhancing the skills of employees within ourclient organizations. We are seeking an experienced Training andDevelopment Manager to lead our training programs andinitiatives.Responsibilities:Designdevelop and implement effective training and developmentprograms.Conduct needs assessments to identifytraining requirements.Facilitate inperson andvirtual training sessions.Evaluate theeffectiveness of training programs and makeimprovements.Manage training budgets andresources.Collaborate with HR and managementto align training with business goals.Maintaintraining records and prepare reports on trainingactivities.Qualifications:Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Education or a relatedfield.5 years of experience in training anddevelopment.Proven ability to design andimplement effective trainingprograms.Excellent presentation andfacilitation skills.Strong project managementand organizational skills.Proficiency inlearning management systems (LMS) and trainingsoftware.JobType: Full Time JobLocation: DubaiThisjob has been sourced from an external job board.
