Ensure the smooth functioning ofour client's talent systems by conducting regular systemchecks and maintenance.Collaborate with theimplementation consultant to configure and customize the talentsystems to meet business requirements.Provideend-user support and training on the talent systems to ensureeffective system usage across theorganization.Troubleshoot and resolvetechnical issues related to the talent systems in a timelymanner.Collaborate with internal and externalstakeholders to implement system enhancements andupgrades.Analyze system usage data andgenerate reports to identify areas forimprovement.Participate in testing and qualityassurance activities for system upgrades and new systemimplementations.RequirementsTobe considered for this role, you must meet the followingcriteria: Bachelors degreein Information Technology or relatedfield.Proven experience working with talentmanagement systems, such as applicant tracking systems, learningmanagement systems, and performance managementsystems.Strong technical skills, includingproficiency in system configuration andtroubleshooting.Knowledge of talent managementbest practices and industry trends.Excellentproblem-solving and analyticalskills.Exceptional attention to detail andorganizational skills.Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.Ability to managemultiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment.
