Basic Functionof thePosition:Job holder is the logistics liaison for the General Service OfficeHousing unit. In this capacity job holder tracks arrival anddepartures of personnel assigned to the Embassy in order to ensurethat housing is ready and available for incoming officers as wellas recommend adding or decommissioning the leases asappropriate. In preparationof preparing residences for new arrivals the job holder coordinateswith the Housing Board Facilities Management (FAC) RegionalSecurity Office (RSO) and General Services OfficeProperty/Warehouse as well as external contacts including thelandlord landlord maintenance team and other vendors.The job holder also conducts finaldeparture inspections to ascertain if the departing occupant causedany damages above normal wear on tear on either USG property orlandlord property and presents the report to the General ServicesOffice.Qualificationsand EvaluationsRequirements: REQUIREDDOCUMENTS: Applicant MUST provide required documentation.
