We are proud to be recognized as "Great Place to Work" four times in a row.Primary ResponsibilitiesDrive the product management function to define and deliver best-in-class cybersecurity software solutions with a deep understanding of privacy and regulatory compliance needs in the target markets.Evaluating & interpreting the data protection and privacy Guidelines for Seclore's target industry segments and geographies.Build the network and work with external agencies, consulting firms and auditors to gather intelligence about Regulatory compliances and privacy measures and influence the way it is enforced.Evaluating & interpreting the data protection and privacy practices at Seclore's target customersSupporting and guiding target customers in adhering to relevant national and international regulationsPrepare / Interpret reports and schedules on Compliance Reports from Consulting firms and Auditors.Mapping Compliance requirements to Seclore Platform Capabilities to help Customers and Prospects see value in the offering.Thought leadership on industry best practices for Regulatory and privacy compliances.Lead Seclore's Privacy & Compliance practice from the Product management teamWork with the marketing team in product launches and other product marketing initiatives around Privacy and Regulatory Compliance.Manage active dialogs with external stakeholders and influencers i.e., Customers, prospects, partners, regulators, and analysts, to gather intelligence and influence then around how Seclore helps customers achieve regulatory compliance.Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And BackgroundUnderstanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and industry best practices.Good knowledge of cyber and privacy risks.Minimum 5 years of Privacy experience - Advisory or Auditing.5+ Experience in Cyber Security Consulting or Cyber Security Product firms - in Presales, Product Management or Consulting/ Analyst rolesGood knowledge and experience working with privacy regulations and security Guidelines e.g., GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, SDAIA, SAMA, NCA, DPDP Act, IRDAI Cybersecurity Guidelines, ITAR or other.Good knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, ISO 27018, NIST standards on Cyber Security, ISO 27701, etc.Governance and reporting.Possession of relevant qualifications such like CIPM, CISSP, CIPP (A/E/US), CDPOExperience in managing Agencies and consulting firms across geographies in North America, Asia, and EuropeProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point).Written and verbal communication skills, with an enthusiasm for engaging a variety of audiences, including clients, partners, and investors.
