Role Specifications:Project Management:

Manage small-scale HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively.Process Improvements:

Identify opportunities for process enhancements within HR function and implement and monitor process changes.Policy Implementation:

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the region.

Ensure consistent application and understanding of policies within the team.Change Management:

Support the HR team during period of change by facilitating smooth transitions and addressing concerns.

Communicate changes effectively to ensure understanding and cooperation.Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyse HR data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and key performance indicators.

Generate reports and insights to support decision-making within the regional HR team and for business leaders.Recruitment Process Support:

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating candidate communication, if needed

Support the onboarding process for new hires and facilitate smooth offboarding procedures.HR Technology Implementation:

Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to implement and optimize HR technology solutions.

Provide training and support to HR staff on new technologies.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Foster collaboration with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with overall organizational goals.

Act as a liaison between HR and other business units.EducationalRequirements:Qualification in HR (desirable)Skill Requirements:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities (essential)

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. (essential)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (essential)

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling HR records and documentation (essential)

Basic understanding of HR principles, practices (essential)

Ability to use basic data analytical tools in Excel e.g. Pivot tables, data filtering and sorting (essential) and Vlookup (desirable)Experience Requirements:Minimum two years experience in HR or similar administrative roles (essential)

Experience of managing small scale HR projects (essential)

Proficient in using office software (essential) and SAP Success Factors (desirable)Note:This is 4-5 months contract.
