About the Role
We are searching for a seasoned and results-oriented Country Manager to lead our operations in Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, managing a high-performing team, and exceeding business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for XAD Technologies in Pakistan
Lead and manage a team of sales, engineering, and support personnel
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Oversee all aspects of the business in Pakistan, including sales, operations, and finance
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the IT or Telecom industry
Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve results
Strong understanding of the Pakistani IT and Telecom market
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking and business acumen
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading a company in Pakistan
