This is probably why customers come to us with their most complex problems.Job DescriptionOur Solution Architects generally work with Enterprise size clients to deliver high impact and at times, high profile programs of work. They might be looking at challenges such as moving large scale applications and/or systems from on premise to the cloud or replacing one vendors product with another.With solid technical backgrounds within the contemporary ICW landscape, they'll be providing technical guidance and expertise through activities such as;· System requirements discovery· Technology recommendations.· Leading design and review of new systems· Planning for integrationRegardless of the work, at this level our people are expected to;· Be expert communicators, regardless of the audience.· Provide high class governance and planning.· Possess advanced negotiation skills.· Have deep technical capability, at a conceptual not code level.· Be natural leaders.· Have empathy for clients.· Be highly organised at a personal level.· Still be technically curious.· Have some battle scars from previous roles.· Be inspired by responsibility, not scared of it.QualificationsYou may have noticed that we don't make lists of years of experience needed, or technical requirements.
