We work with trusted lending partners (Banks, NBFCs and Fintechs) to develop and offer regulator compliant, instant digital credit products embedded in consumer journeys.Flexmoney was instrumental in helping define and establish the "Cardless EMI" category andpayment checkout option with lenders and online merchants in the Indian market, enabling lenders to offer a completely digital transacting credit instrument to pre-approved users without the need for a credit card relationship. Our "Cardless EMI" platform powers this payment option at over 65,000 online merchants (including marquee merchants such as Flipkart, Amazon, MakeMyTrip etc) and has enabled our lending partners (such as HDFC, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra Bank & ICICI Bank amongst others) to rapidly issue over 45 MM+ Cardless EMI transacting credit lines to their existing customers.The next phase of Flexmoney's growth is to expand beyond online "Cardless EMI" payments. Tothat end we are developing a new digital Universal Affordability Platform that enables omni-channel, seamless multi-lender 3600 embedded finance and associated services across every potential commerce channel and customer touch point (online, in-store/in-branch, tele-sales and agent assisted sales) as well as tailored credit products and deep vertical solutions for multiple finance led aspirational commerce segments (such as Edtech, Travel, Home & Furniture, Insurance,Mobiles, Home Appliances, Health & Wellness amongst others)Job Description:To build and manage digital lending and origination partnerships with new lending partners. Thisincludes working with lending partners and internal stakeholders to enhance and drive NTB origination success rates with lending partners including enabling such partners with appropriate digital journeys, alternate data and negotiating underwriting policies. In addition, this person will work with lending partners to conceptualize, define, bring to market, scale and monetize tailored new digital lending origination products as appropriate for vertical segments and key merchant requirements across Flexmoney's omni-channel network of merchant and commerce partners.Key Responsibilities:1. Market map, identify, on-board and build a strong network of Digital Lending Partners, focused on instant origination across key commerce categories across Flexmoney's merchant and commerce network2. Work with the Lenders and External and Internal Stakeholders to create frictionless, digitalcustomer onboarding journeys for different commerce segments and merchant sales channels3. Conceive, Plan and Launch new lending products to drive Revenue Growth and through Cross Sell and Upsell4. Business Plan for Lender Acquisition: Create business plan covering total market size,segmentation, go to market plan, pricing strategy and overall approach. Finalize list of accounts totarget5. Portfolio Monitoring: Work with the Lenders to help improve the overall approval rate and manage the risk for the Lenders6. Custodian of Regulatory and Ecosystem level Enabler pertaining to Lending:- Be updated with all Regulatory and Ecosystem level changes that impact Digital Lending- The job holder must ensure he/she is fully aware of all the Compliance Policies and proceduresissued in relation to the various types of LendersQualifications:• 6-8 years of experience in Lending with at least 3 years of working experience on Digital Lending,preferably with NBFC/Fintech partners• Should have a good understanding of Credit Policies and working with Credit Risk teams andpartners to build custom underwriting and risk mitigation framework• Should have prior experience in building B2B Lending Partnerships and building new DigitalJourneys with multiple stakeholders• Good communication and presentation skill• Strong understanding of Lending P&L• Go-getter, self-motivated and has the drive to create strong funnel and close multiple deals• Strong negotiation and customer management skills. Able to do the balanced task of promotingcustomer satisfaction within Flexmoney and grow Flexmoney revenue with the customer• Post-Graduate degree in Business Management is preferred• Should have excellent data interpretation abilities and strong MS Excel knowledge• Must have excellent interpersonal skills PRB
