About the job
We are looking to hire anEvent Managerwho will be responsible for planning and implementing Exhibitions, Events and Special Projects by delivering excellent service for our client based in Dubai - which is one of the biggest government entities in Dubai.
This position is acontract rolewith an initial duration of6 months.
The role sits within theBrand and Communications departmentand reports directly to theSenior Manager
We are looking for an Event Managerwho is passionate aboutEvents and Marketing Operations.You also must be experienced in the events industry and travel market.
Responsibilities:
Manage to brief the agencies and ensure the work for the events is delivered.
Prepare project plans and update the event calendar for events that are being organized.
Manages and works with stakeholders, external contractors and suppliers and gathers the requirements to deliver the event support that is committed by the client for large-scale events.
Highlighting risks and progress for each event and submitting to the Senior Manager - Events & Marketing operations and project team.
Ensure appropriate branding and production of material is implemented and produced for each event and/or on-ground activations.
Works with the framework that is set by the client and Supply Management for each event deliverables and follows the client's terms and conditions.
Oversee the financials for each event and ensure all payments are sorted and paid.
Ensure all the files are archived for auditing requirements.
