Infosys BPM is Hiring for Desktop Support - Network and server at Jaipur LocationJob Location: JaipurQualification: Any Graduates (15 years Graduation)Shifts: 24*7 ShiftExperience: 3-6YearsRole: Sr Systems Engineer - IT Service ManagementNotice Period: Immediate to 30DaysNOTE: Candidate with Immediate or 30 Days joiners only requiredRoles & Responsibilities: -1. 3-4 years relevant experience in working on infrastructure operations for MNCs with minimum 10000 end users.2. Experience in managing multiple Active Directories, WSUS, Workspace One, Server, Anti-Virus Servers, MDT servers, Hyper-V, VMWare, IIS etc…3. Active working knowledge of Windows, networking, storage, firewalls, security practices and certifications like MCSE, CCNA, ITIL processes etc.…4. Excellent customer facing capabilities, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills5. Day to day management of infrastructure operations in Infosys data centers6. PC, Email Exchange, IT Operations & Security, including Service Desk7. Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources8. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access9. Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance10. Provide network access to all staff and students11. Connect and set up hardware and manage all network, applications, desktops, servers' vendors12. Input and maintain static IP addresses13. Advise business operations staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status14. Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate15. Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal16. 24/7 support exposure preferred.Excellent knowledge in MS Products, MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, Project, Office 365 etc...Required skills -VMWare server, Hyper V Technology, IT Infrastructure, Multiple Active Directory, Antivirus server, Security server, MDT Server, End to end use support. Kindly note:Notice period max 30 days not lesser than that, if we get Immediate or 15 days it will be well and good.
