( https://progenesisivf.com)Job Responsibilities:-Here it is - Handling all secretarial and administration duties of director pertaining to sales ,marketing and new launches of organization. Collating & filling monthly clinical reports.Participated in the clinical activities and support in execution. Maintaining day to day diary & keeping tab on daily appointments & meetings of DIRECTORS.Coordinating between various sites for meetings & events conducted & timely reports & data submission.Handling all incoming/outgoing correspondence/ calls pertaining To DIRECTOR. Maintain an up to date work order file and other documentation related to various projects & departments. Taking care of monthly Travel Management & also related to VISA PROCESS & other documentation in coordination with the agency.Coordinate with all the clinical and non clinical staff.Ensure booking of meeting rooms, making arrangements for video conferencing & for lunches during meetings,etc. Connecting with head office staff for work related to tax , provident fund, documentation,etc . Giving daily reminders by the end of the day for the next day schedule. Track and monitor payment of personal and official bills, claims etc. Arrange weekly, monthly, quarterly sales meetings with concerned departments/sections/branches. Preparing monthly expense reports for all the directors. Responsible for calendar management, coordination of Sales and marketing meetings, office documentation and maintaining confidentiality of information. PRB
