Learn more at www.dar.com.Responsibilities:Responsible for the management of small teams, running managing delivery of projects in all aspect and delegating the work; and responsible for the production of landscape drawings and documents for infrastructure and development projects, ranging from schematic design, detail design and tender drawing submission along with hard and soft landscape General Arrangement plans, construction detailing, planting schedules BOQ MOM and Specifications.Requirements:Skills:Demonstrable experience of applying current design standards, guidance and good working practices to the design of external spaces; experience in Middle east is desirable;Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, contracts and tendering procedures;Prior experience in Landscape and Infrastructure related landscape works;Previous experience working on projects within the Gulf region;Experience in the use of Revit, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and associated software for production of technical information;Experience in the use of Adobe design suite (Inc. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for production of graphics and reports; andExperienced in the use and application of BIMEducation / Experience:M' Arch in Landscape architecture or relevant degree. 8 to 15 years of relevant experience with a good level of technical competency.An excellent knowledge of primary Software such as. Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
