Social Media Marketing Executive

Objectives of this roleWork closely with marketing and communications teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms.Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Twitter, , Tumblr and Reddit.Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from the media about a given product line.Your tasksMonitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages.Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement.Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.Required skills and qualificationsExperience of at least 1 year in digital marketing, content writing, web design and social media management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.Expertise in social media platforms (like Twitter, Instagram and ).Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.Preferred skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.Knowledge of digital marketing tools (like Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite).Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing techniques.Knowledge of social media management tools (like Buffer and Hootsuite).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
