Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Event Operations Manager at Aprille Events. The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for taking precise briefs from Client Servicing (CS) and provide the best event/activity options to the CS team. Plan and prepare for Pan-India activations. Approach vendors to find the best quality and cost-effective solutions within budget. Maintain internal and external coordination.Manage vendor and venue relationships. Meet deadlines for activation costs, timings, reporting, and closures. Develop and maintain a database of vendors and suppliers across India for efficient and urgent requirements.Skills and abilitiesOperations Management and Event Planning skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsBudgeting and financial management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasksStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience in the event management industry PRB
