Position— Manager- Corporate FinanceQualification- CA/ MBA- FinanceExperience- 7-10 yearsDepartment- Finance & AccountsLocation- Terminal AKey Responsibilities:· Building financial models using advanced excel functions in line with company goals and development of business case scenarios and long-term financial projects· Detailed understanding of the business, risks and opportunities involved· Work collectively with cross-functional / cross-regional teams for data coordination· Assisting in carrying out various due diligence activities and negotiating deals to ensure successful transaction· Interact with external stakeholders including consultants, bankers etc, resolve issues and ensuring the deliverables in timely manner· Conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis to develop key insights.· Analysing, recommending and execution of key strategic decisions of the organisation· Assisting in capital investment decisions· Identifying and mitigating the financial risk including currency fluctuations etc· Presentations Ownership: Multiple key presentations, either for internal reporting purposes or external talks/ pitches decks creating storyline, facilitate gathering of data and create deck· Skilled in industry research and financial benchmarking· Skilled in analysing the acquisition opportunity from a merger and acquisition perspective· Should have hands-on experience in Transaction documents execution like NDA, various agreements, terms sheets etc· Experience in using business intelligence tools and data warehouses to extract and analyze enterprise dataWorking on various automation and digitisation programmes PRB
