Management Trainee - Market LaunchKRA:Market Research:· Conducting customer research to understand stakeholder needs.· Assisting Category team in demand forecastingBusiness Launch:· Creation of network of FoS 1BAs followed by 1BP· Generating product revenue through TSO and 1BP· Providing field insights to strengthen business model.· Assisting ASM and Other functions in field operationsKPI:· Creation of planned network (20%)· Weekly achievement of targeted consumer surveys (20%)· Market launch and execute week on week product revenue growth to achieve targeted business stabilization (40%)· Assisting organization functions in field operations initiatives (20%)Qualification and Competencies: · PG in Rural Management / MBA· Should be able to demonstrate Market Research skills, Business planning skills, Entrepreneurial mindset during assignment and interviews.· Proficient in Kannada LanguageRecruitment Process:Application form (along with functional questionnaire) --> small assignment --> HR interview --> Functional interview --> Offer Letter --> Reference check --> Document verification --> Joining Letter Salary range: 3-5 LPA PRB
