IAI has offices in New Delhi, Patna and Jaipur and employs qualified professionals who are joined in the mission to make India Atmanirbhar.Role DescriptionThis is an internship role at InvestAid India located in Patna. As an intern in Finance/Legal, you will work closely with our Finance and Legal teams to support them in day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with financial analysis, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and assisting with various administrative tasks.Exposure Intern will get:Accounts & Finance Assignments (Financial Reporting & Audit)Taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS)Corporate Laws Compliance (Company Incorporation, RoC Forms filing)Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) Financial ModellingVery Good Excel and PPT exposureQualificationsCurrently pursuing CA/MBA/LLB or related degreeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteThe selected Interns will get the opportunity to work with CA Kunal Kishore, Founder-Director of InvestAid India Pvt Ltd and shall report directly to him.
