As you help us create a better world, we will help you build your own intellectual firepower.Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.Inviting applications for the role of MANAGER - Data -Tech-AI LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive training strategy for DTAI function that aligns with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be identifying training needs, designing and executing relevant programs, and assessing their impact on DTAI performance. Location - Bangalore Shift time - 12 - 9 PM or 1 - 10 PMReporting - Assistant Vice President (DTAI L&D)Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Needs Analysis: Develop, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs and initiatives that support Genpact's strategic objectives and DTAI goals.Partner and consult with business, HR and SMEs to identify learning needs linked to business KPIs DTAI curriculum or learning roadmap design & developmentCreate a structured curriculum that covers product knowledge, DTAI techniques, objection handling, and other relevant topicsPlan training interventions for the DTAI team based on learning needs analysis for a personalized learning experiences for different seller personasCollaborate with subject matter experts, sellers, DTAI leaders, external vendors to validate and enhance content accuracyOversee the development and delivery of DTAI L&D programs that meet the needs of the global DTAI force. These include new seller onboarding, DTAI skills refreshers, products & offerings, and DTAI strategies Leverage new-age learning practices, methods, frameworks & measures to design and deliver a new format of the leadership development program Partner with the Domain & Digital L&D teams/academies to ensure alignment with the leadership development design principles.Learning program administration and data analyticsManage multiple projects concurrently, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Execute, co-facilitate the training sessions and other stages of the training programTake all actionable to closure for the learning programs and raise red flags as per milestones Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other tools to enhance the delivery and tracking of learning experiencesUse data and analytics to establish Training ROI and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance DTAI training (Attendance rate, Completion rate, post-training assessment results, Learner satisfaction rate, Job performance impact)Continuously update and refine existing training materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective.Developing and managing the DTAI training knowledge baseLearning program communication, stakeholder communicationCreate the comms design and messaging for launch, rollout, closure (Mailers, MS teams, launch call, etc.)Track and publish calendars, relevant dashboards, reports, and newslettersKeep the participants engaged with regular updates using a variety of communication channelsCreate and/or provide inputs on various collateral creation like mailers, videos, presentations, splashes for the learning programProvide support and guidance to DTAI professionals using the training materials and systems.Maintain open and effective communication with DTAI leaders, stakeholders, and team members.Stay updated on emerging learning and training technologies to enhance the DTAI learning experienceUse Power BI reports and/or Excel based training records to analyze effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvementsAnalyze latest trends and best practices in automation, new styles of training and recommend best practicesSeek regular feedback from all stakeholders including participants, their Reporting Managers, HR & Leaders to improve consistently on the program effectivenessQualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualifications - MANDATORYShould have experience working as L&D partner for a DTAI in a professional services firmRelevant experience in executing and scaling leadership development programs Should be aware of new-age learning (digital, just-in-time/micro-learning, blended) Good data analysis, excel skills & possess good expertise in L&D analytics (Ability to analyze, interpret and share insights)Strong influencing skills to engage with business leaders and partners thoughtfully and successfullyExcellent verbal and written skillsPreferred qualifications:Knowledge of DTAI processes, tools, and strategies relevant to the professional services industry.Certification in training and development, project management, instructional design, psychometric assessment (all or any)Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
