1. House keeping - overseeing cleanliness indoors and outdoors. Should be able to reach out vendors for different purposes and repairs of gadgets/ plumbing. Should be able to order groceries if need be. 2.Checks on outdoor plants every once in a while. 3.Party setting of dinning table with cutlery display and napkins. Maintaining inventory of the crockery and cutlery. 4.Supervising Setting beds with party linen on party days. Staying back on party evenings to oversee staff and tray service. 5. Coordination with children's drop and pick up from classes with drivers and reporting at all times on this front 6. Booking deliveries(cakes / flowers to be sent) 7. Complete inventory of the house in a systematic manner 8. All AMCs 9. Travel assistance and bookings10. Calendar management11. Stock of groceries Any other assignment PRB
