Title: Bid Management SpecialistLocation: GurgaonPreferred experience: Handling products and services like MPLS VPN, Internet bandwidth, Unified Communication, Data Centre IT & Non-IT solutions, System Integration Project and Managed Services, IT & Information Security Products. Job Description: Provide Business Support for large projects in Govt., Semi Govt. organizations, PSUs & BFSI segments Expertise in spearheading Bid Management with strong ability to manage the entire Bid life cycle for large and complex Bids across various Service lines, Verticals delivering winning Proposals/ Bids in Govt., PSU and BFSI segments. Experience of GEM Bidding, RA and Order Processing Responsibility to check the tenders Pre-qualification at National Level. Preparation of check list after scrutinizing/reading thoroughly the tender document. Preparation of response to the tender/RFP document, Preparation & submission of pre-bid clarifications. Complete bid preparation & Documentation Support in coordination with Technical, Financial, Commercial and other departments including coordination with finance, legal, regulator for legal documents like CA authorization on company's net worth, P&L etc. Responsible for Arranging EMD, Fee, PBG, POA and maintain record PAN India basis. Preparing documents like Memorandum of Understanding / Teaming Agreement / NDA etc. with System Integrators when bidding jointly or as a consortium. PRB
