Has responsibility for day-to-day contact and communication with the Client and focuses on providing client satisfaction. Possesses knowledge of Oil & Gas design and engineering in the offshore industry, especially FPSOs. Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects. Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities. Management of internal and external project interfaces. Responsible for delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the project schedule, including early identification and resolution of problems that may impact progress. Support to Management of Change process on the project. including development of discreet schedules and budgets. Support to identification and management of Risk on the project including development of mitigation measures to remove and or control residual risk.Prerequisites /RequirementsOver 25 years' experience in Project and Engineering Management in Oil and Gas handling Offshore Projects, Floating and Fixed Platform Projects.Experience in coordinating and focal point for Mechanical Equipment procurement including but not limited to bid clarification meetings, procurement status reviews, kick-off meetings, and liaison with mechanical package engineers and Client engineers.Knowledge of multi discipline execution of offshore projects.Knowledge of 3D CAD and other Engineering and Design Tools, including Intelligent PIDs, SPI, SPE and Navisworks.Knowledge of Digital delivery of projects is preferred.Experience and knowledge of procurement, topsides / module fabrication is preferred.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering) Proven experience in project management, particularly in Offshore.Strong knowledge of offshore operations, including marine logistics, construction methods, and safety protocols.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to offshore projects.PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferrable.
