Job Title: Technical writerJob Type: Full-timeLocation: India - HyderabadJob Timing- Rotational Shift (2PM to 11PM, 10PM to 7AM) Roles & ResponsibilityAbility to quickly grasp complex detailed technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and picturesCollaborate with internal cross functional teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirementsGood understanding of the Networking / IT infrastructure domain.Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.Extreme attention to detail even when balancing multiple simultaneous projectsResearch and build knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented.Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.Ensure that the content is grammatically correct, creative and required proof-reading is doneCreate and maintain the information architecture.Experience using XML tools to create documentation.Experienced in general Linux commands and knowhow common scripting utilities like any of this (bash, PowerShell, python).Experienced in creating impactful business PPTs for the senior leadership team.Have relevant experience of user behaviour (how people read and absorb information)Generate innovative and quality content based on Management inputs for internal websites, newsletters, Quarterly business reports.Able to take lead and deliver projects in a timely mannerEligibility: Minimum 3-5 years of experience of Technical Content Writing.Familiarity with the SDLC and software development.Engineering degree holder (Pref: Comp Science / Electronics) or equivalent.Having Network certification (e.g.: CCNA) is a plus.Having the ITIL certification is a plus.Should have worked on complex projects with the team members working at different geo locations.
