Main Task & Responsibilities:Raises the bar on the quality of creative output for brands.Meets the account management and planning teams to discuss client requirements and product background.Brainstorms ideas and concepts with creatives and other agency teams.Works in a close-knit creative partnership with the copywriter to generate workable concepts and ideas.Produces clear, persuasive, original creative work.Works on several campaigns at once, under pressure and to tight deadlines.Keeps up to date with popular culture and trends.· Actively participate in new business developmentOther/ Special Requirements: Creative thinking, analytical & problem solving.Strong interpersonal and Communication SkillsAbility to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions.Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.Must be well-versed with digital design tools.
