If you're passionate about innovation, thrive on entrepreneurial spirit, and crave the thrill of shaping the future, this role is tailor-made for you!Responsibilities:As Technical Leader for the Offshore Pricing Practice, you'll wear multiple hats: Non project tasks: (50%) People Captain: You'll lead, train, mentor, and inspire a team of pricing wizards. Your hiring decisions will shape the next generation of talent. Innovation Maverick: Dive into data lakes, decode pricing models, and emerge with groundbreaking customer-centric solutions. Your knack for innovation will keep us ahead of the curve. Project tasks: (50%)Gather functional and technical requirements.Collaborate with Pricefx experts to provide a project solution design. Oversee the development team.Resolving technical issuesConfiguring solution according to the prescribed solution designCooperating with the project team to resolve issues.Leading or supporting several projects implementationsLeading complex configurations Skills and Qualifications:Functional knowledge: Strong understanding of the pricing domain.Configuration and Customization: Expertise in one of the pricing technology software applications (Pricefx, PROS, Vendavo, and Zilliant) (> 8 years)Communication and Presentation: Excellent Communication and presentation skillsExcellent in Excel, and PowerPointsBusiness Requirements: Ability to collect and analyze business requirements, and translate the requirements into functional user stories, and technical specifications and design.Fearless Explorer: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning it into opportunity.Crew Builder: Experience in hiring and nurturing top-tier talent.Tech Savvy: Solid knowledge in Groovy, Java, Python, relational database Preferred Skills:Certified in either Pricefx, PROS or VendavoStrong experience in CPQ solutions Strong experience in Salesforce Perks and Beyond:A culture that celebrates diversity, creativity, and collaboration.Opportunities to attend industry conferences, workshops, and hackathons.Opportunities to travel to customer sites in USA and EuropeWork on cross functional and large digital transformation Lead-to-Cash projects.
