Experienced Data Science EngineerLocation: BengaluruJob Type: Full-time, In-office (Hybrid)Experience Required: 3+ yearsPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Data Science Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and AI, preferably with a particular focus on consumer healthtech projects. You will be responsible for driving data-driven insights and developing innovative solutions across multiple projects, leveraging your expertise to enhance our product offerings and improve user outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement data models and machine learning algorithms for various projects, including consumer healthtech and AI applications.Conduct thorough data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and integrity.Develop and deploy predictive models to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and healthcare professionals, to integrate data solutions into our products.Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and support decision-making processes.Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, making improvements as necessary.Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI to continuously improve our methodologies and tools.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists and engineers.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Science Engineer, with a strong portfolio of projects in consumer healthtech and AI.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).Extensive knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch).Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large, complex data sets.Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
