What you are going to do as Manager of IT Contracting in Hays
In this role, you will be responsible for building out and expanding upon the Technology contracting business within Hays. For you, the emphasis is on bringing in new business, expanding existing relationships and mediating candidates to a new and exciting job. You thrive on proactively building up a network of clients and freelancers on a daily basis in order to create opportunities within the Technology space for yourself and for your team.
What do we expect from you?
You are a "lead from the front" manager who enjoys all aspects of the role and you will also have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire & develop your team members.
You have extensive experience in the recruitment industry, specifically in the Technology industry.
You have extensive experience in retaining and building client relationships.
You have experience in successfully setting up and building a profitable recruitment team.
Yournative language is Dutch, next to that you speak fluent English.
