The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take our deliverables to the next level with respect to accuracy and customer centricity. You will be charged with complete QA responsibility as defined by the QA manager to ensure that our deliverables are accurate and timely reach the customer every time. Also, the specialist should be comfortable reviewing content that not in English.Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverablesSuggest solutions to identified deliverable problemsAssist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels to meet goals/KPIsAnalyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with our guidelines and customer requirementsInvestigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction. Collaborate with production team to achieve better resultsDevelop or update our inspection procedures to ensure that we're moving with the trend, as well as proper documentation and tracking of issuesMonitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and discuss mitigations with the production teamInterpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standardsCollect quality data by carefully maintaining issues and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actionsDocument quality assurance activities with internal reporting and auditsPrepare and present reports and metrics to Senior ManagementOversee continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all services offered to the customerPursue continuing learning/exploration on new solutions, technology, and skillsQualificationsBachelor's degree3+ year experience in the promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or any other related domainPrint media experience is a big positiveShould be comfortable in reviewing content in non-English language like Asian Languages and European languagesSuperb computer competence, including MS OfficeKnowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and toolsAnalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsDemonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practiceA sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's successCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within itProfessional certification in Quality AssuranceKnowledge of Content Quality Assurance AutomationAdditional InformationThis position will have the freedom to act on the following:Deciding with QA Manager/Project Manager if the final output should or should not be delivered to the customer.Improving existing QA practices and guidelines.Defining new processes and guidelines for QA.Suggesting enhancements to improve the end deliverable to the client.
