We focus on large-scale and mid-size office design and build projects for a diverse international clientele that includes both global enterprises as well as early-stage companies, having successfully completed hundreds of projects across India.Responsibilities:Working with clients to understand their strategic initiatives, organizational goals, people and cultureApplying your analytical skills and creativity, conduct and analyze surveys and expertise in collaboration with various client leadership and other stakeholders to help deliver innovative transformation solutions Serving as a Subject Matter Expert, staying abreast of current trends in business, organizational development, and workplace technologyParticipating in the development and presentation of client workshops driving agile, innovative solutions to the workplace challenges faced by diverse organizations in the changing business landscapeResearching and analyzing trends in work behaviors to develop and improve recommendations with respect to physical, digital and social workplaces, and providing expert guidance in the areas of workplace planning, design, architecture, wellness and sustainabilitySupport client to implement the new process through change management.What We Expect:Excellent communication and presentation skill, strong interpersonal skills, client-driven and detail oriented5-7 years working experience in either interior design/ corporate real estate occupier consulting/ Business AnalysisFlexible to travel based on the business needs5+ years of experience in consulting, workplace strategy, corporate real estate, project management, change managementStrong analytical skills, with the ability to clearly document and communicate findingsAbility to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrix environmentAbility to interact effectively with senior client leadersWhat we offer:Engaging work culture, freedom with responsibilityInnovative work environment where you can enjoy your work that encourages you to bring your creativity to all aspects of the business.
