Associate Director - Visual Design (B2B SAAS)

Responsibilities:Define and lead the design vision across all marketing verticals to create an innovative, measurable and recognizable brand.Lead a design team of designers across verticals to develop systems and solutions that serve a global audienceElevate and raise the quality of the design craftInspire enable and energize a world class design team and cultivate a creative culture Advocate for design thinking, research and well thought out solutions across all marketing verticalsCollaborate closely with the product design teams to ensure that the brand is appropriately expressed in the productWork seamlessly across marketing structures to collaborate, and execute on a high quality brand visionDevelop a deep understanding of our product and deliver innovative and clear storytelling to customers and prospectsRequirements:5+ years of experience design brands with a strong digital presence 2+ years of experience leading a team of designers Deep experience working in and setting up systems within figma, canva, adobe suite Experience working across social media, digital, web and event designExperience working across teams such as sales, marketing, customer success, product and engineeringExperience crafting brand experiences for companies in the technology sector PRB
