Performance Marketing Manager - Meta & Google Ads

We're an agile team and we want someone that's as quick as we are - on their feet and with their wit, too.You'll spend your day working on Meta & Google Ads and of course the plethora of analytics and insights that come with it, essentially aiding the build and rebuild of both young and veteran brands, country-wide. And perhaps with your effort, we might even go international.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDERunning online conversion campaigns on Meta and Google;Monitoring and understanding social media analytics;Planning and managing a portfolio of paid social campaigns for different clients;Managing client spends on a daily basis;Social media ads optimisation and its relation to the website/points of sale;Brand building through content writing, campaign building, and advising on content creation;Client servicing, which includes meeting with our clients for creating and planning marketing strategies.KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLEMinimum 2 years experience of running conversion campaigns within an agency or affiliate environment;Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads and a good working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics;Have strong copywriting, reporting and communication skills;Have a track record in helping to deliver effective performance marketing campaigns;Ability to read and understand data accurately;An interest in marketing, communications, and social media;Familiarity with key social media tools (e.g. Google, Facebook, Instagram) and with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel);A proactive, service-focused attitude towards clients and the teams you work with;An ability to prioritise work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times;An ability to work collaboratively with a team and teach new team members;Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi and other local languages.ABOUT TYSThe more interesting description: we're a startup helping startups and well-established companies startup.The more technical description: TYS Performance Marketing Consultants essentially aids both budding startups and well-established companies alike scale their business at an exponential rate, driving growth through performance marketing online, in finding efficiencies in their points of sale, and through in-depth analytical reporting.
