The problems will typically be in the area of delivery process and quality improvement, Business-unit maturity, operational streamlining, capability development, and other cross-functional initiatives.Conduct pilots/experiments and drive adoption of successful ones across the companyApply Design Thinking principles for process designDefine relevant processes, optimize, execute, automate, and maintain themPerform regular analysis and generate insights for senior stakeholdersRequired Skills, Competencies & Experience: 5-9 years in internal consulting, strategy & operations, process excellence, planning & insights roles in analytics/consulting/IT services/tech products companiesExperience in developing business cases, garnering buy-in from the executive team, and delivering measurable outcomesAdaptive to a fast-paced workplace and unstructured/evolving business problemsExcellent communication, creative thinking, and interpersonal skillsMBA from reputed institute preferredDesignation will be commensurate with expertise/experience.
