As a Customer Sales Director at Skillsoft, you will sell complex enterprise solutions supported by the best sales talent, training and tools in the e-learning Industry. Outside of this, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from home and have access to our service office as you wish.Furthermore, the package is generous with lucrative commission accelerators active as soon as you have reached your sales target.You will be reporting to the Vice President, Regional Sales as well as supported by a team of seasoned and qualified Lead Generation Consultants, and Marketing professionals who will perform pre-sales, lead generation, marketing coupled with in-depth product knowledge.OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:Win new business and develop existing accounts for the leading global provider of e-learning content and technologyLeverage prospecting skills to identify, qualify and close new businessSet face to face meetings with business leaders and decision makers including "C" level executives within our target marketplaceDeliver customer presentations that are top notch and articulate the Skillsoft Value PropositionDevelop, maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipelineClose sales in complex, long sell cycle situationsDevelop a thorough understanding of the Skillsoft consultative and solution selling processApply solution and consultative sales skills to manage account cyclesSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Self-motivated individual with a passion for salesA minimum of 10-15 years of successful sales experience is required and/or a track record of achieving/exceeding sales targetsA formal understanding of and experience with Solution / Consultative Selling is requiredAbility and experience in handling average deal sizes of 200K and aboveExperience in collaborating and engaging with C-level executivesMust have the ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growthMust have the ability to call high in an organization and interact with senior level corporate managementMust have the ability to operate with a sense of urgency, be assertive, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitudeMust have the ability to clearly articulate the company's offerings and develop solutions for customers and prospectsStrong stakeholder management skillsExceptional overall communication skills are a mustExperience using Salesforce and other digital business toolsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualificationThis role requires the resource to be based out of the specified location to have familiarity with local nuances and meet Customers/Prospects as required.SUCCESS QUALITIES:Personally Accountable for Team Success.
