This includes providing on-call/ in-person clinical support and training to ensure optimum use of our ICU ventilators and other critical care devices. You will be instrumental in training our sales and distributor teams on the clinical aspects of our products, enhancing their understanding and capability to effectively market them. At Noccarc, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding company. This role allows you to leverage your clinical knowledge to directly influence patient outcomes and make a substantial impact on the Indian healthcare industry.Base Locations: New Delhi (Interested candidates willing to relocate to New Delhi will also be considered)Key Responsibilities:1. Become an expert on Noccarc products and provide technical and clinical expertise to new and existing customers2. Deliver clinical product demonstrations & user training, ensuring product competence3. Provide on-call, virtual, and onsite clinical support to intensivists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals4. Identify and troubleshoot product-related issues related to a customer's application of a product5. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clinical sites, clinical leaders and healthcare trainers for continued product application and training needs.6. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in respiratory therapy and critical care.7. Additional responsibilities directed by the Regional & Area Sales Managers.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor's/ Diploma in Respiratory Therapy, or a related fields2. 3+ years of clinical experience, with extensive knowledge of ventilator systems, respiratory care, and patient management3. Experience in product demonstrations and user training, either in a hospital setting or while working for a medical device company4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective product demonstrations and trainings5. The ability to respond quickly to emergency situations and provide effective solutions6. This is not a desk job; instead, the role necessitates extensive travel across your assigned territory. Applicants must be willing to travel and it is preferable for them to own a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
