Regional Technical Advisor

Job Description: Regional Technical Advisor - South, Technical Advisory Group (TAG)Company: Gujarat Guardian LimitedLocation: BengaluruResponsibilities:Project Specification: Drive project specifications for architectural products through technical consultation and early specification facilitation.Technical Consultation: Provide end-to-end technical solutions and energy simulation services using modelling software.Software Proficiency: Utilize 3D building modelling software such as Revit, SketchUp, 3DS Max, and AutoCAD for comprehensive analysis.Regulatory Knowledge: Posses good understanding and stay informed on building codes and regulations such as ECBC, NBC, GRIHA, LEED, WELL, and IGBC rating systems.Facade Analysis: Study building facades, solar insolation study, UDI calculations, acoustics, calculate panel sizes of glazing etc., draft and read drawings.Client Presentations: Design reports for client presentations, drive specifications, and field technical queries at site. Account Management: Independently manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients for strong specification and ensure we are working in all the projects. Travel: Travel extensively across South India to meet customers and provide solutions for a strong specification.Training: Conduct technical and product training sessions for the region.Innovation: Explore innovative ideas to support and improve project analysis work for stronger specifications.Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales teams, customers, and cross capabilities to achieve effective results.Experience & Education:Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the architectural field, with experience in a customer-facing role. Should be well versed with working in southern territory. Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, writing, analytical, and computer skills.
