Market Research: - Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies. - Analyze data and insights to identify target demographics, preferences, and opportunities for effective advertising strategies. 2. Audience Analysis: - Segment target audiences based on demographics, psychographics, and behavior to create detailed audience profiles. - Use audience insights to tailor messaging and select appropriate media channels for maximum impact. 3. Strategic Planning: - Collaborate with creative teams, account managers, and clients to develop advertising strategies aligned with brand objectives. - Define campaign goals, positioning, messaging, and tone to ensure consistency across all communication channels. 4. Media Planning: - Determine optimal media channels to reach target audiences within budget constraints. - Select a mix of traditional (TV, radio, print) and digital (social media, online advertising) channels, negotiate media placements, and buy ad space. 5. Campaign Optimization: - Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to assess effectiveness and ROI. - Make real-time adjustments such as reallocating budget, refining messaging, or optimizing media placements based on performance insights. 6. Insights and Reporting: - Compile comprehensive reports summarizing campaign performance, key insights, and actionable recommendations. - Provide valuable feedback to clients and internal teams for continuous improvement of advertising strategies and results. Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.- Proven experience in advertising planning, market research, and media buying.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.- Proficiency in industry tools and platforms for market research, media planning, and performance analysis.
