A Quality Manager will be responsible to ensure that all products within a company meet consistent standards. He would develop and implement quality assurance and quality control process and would help the senior management in implementing the same. Responsibilities: Develop and Document Quality Manuals. Conduct audits with the engineering team vis-à-vis Quality Manuals. Train engineering team on quality procedures and manuals.Collect in-process data from systems used by engineering teams. Create Dashboards and present to senior management.Analyze in-process data and highlight outliers, suggest corrective actions. Interface with External Audit teams. Suggest process improvements and drive their implementation.Requirements and Skills: Certified ISO and CMMI Auditor Proven experience as a quality manager. In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards. Ability to develop automation scripts to collect and collate data from multiple sources to create reports for management Excellent analytical skills to analyze the data and predict the outcome based on available information Proficient in MS Office. Conscientious and responsible. A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach. Outstanding communication skills. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Why should you choose us?
