Our culture is fast-paced, energetic, and Innovative.Job description:Sourcing and development of parts of the cockpit - Instrument cluster, Infotainment, switch panels and control modules.Components handled: Instrument cluster, Audio, Panel switches, Wiring HarnessExperience: 03 to 8 YearsJob Responsibility: RFQ, Quote synthesis, Cost estimation, Supplier evaluation, PPAP, PO, Price negotiation , RM & Forex indexing and price amendmentsProduct cost estimation, ED&D effort estimation Testing , Validation and J&F estimationSupplier evaluation, selection , component development and supply chain management Benchmarking and technology trend assessmentImplement engineering changes including delivery and commercial settlementsBuild database on the spend including mapping of major cost & performance drivers, Annual price reductions , VAVE idea generation and implementation CFT participation with engineering & Manufacturing Build a resilient supply chain with detailed mapping of tier3/4 suppliers and de-risking & Localization of PCBA's, Facia, switches, Bezels etc. PRB
