Job Description Designation: Senior QA EngineerReporting to: Software ManagerLocation: Bangalore, Full TimeQualification: BE/ MtechExperience: 8-11 yearsKey Responsibilities / Functions:Work in a sprint team, with other QA Analysts, Developers, and BAs, testing functionality on schedule, based on story requirements,• Write Automation Tests in ReadyAPI to Test Microservices (i.e., endpoints, and backend code) that support feature requirements.• Write Automation Tests with Test Complete to verify UI code that is responsive, supports feature requirements, across range of devices (iOS, web, desktop).• Take a hands-on approach, orchestrate and participate in the testing activities including designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.• Identify and prioritize manual and automated regression tests to provide quality coverage.• Report bugs and error issues to the development teams.• Engage in business analysis, user experience and technical conversations.• Participate in Design Reviews, Sprint Story Workshops, Sprint Grooming and Sprint Planning and ExecutionRequired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline required.• 4+ years of experience testing web applications using automated testing frameworks for both mobile and web applications, with significant experience using tools like ReadyAPI or Test Complete.• Previous exposure to Flutter (nice to have)• 4+ years of experience testing highly distributed applications, with significant experience with connecting to databases (PostGreSQL, MongoDB, DB2, NoSQL) and cloud systems.• Experience testing RESTful services and understanding CI/CD pipelines.• Exceptional problem analysis and trouble shooting skills.• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and team skills.• Creativity in developing solutions for complex problems.• Experience working in an Agile development environment.Technology We Use:• SmartBear ReadyAPI and TestComplete• Flutter• DB2, SQLite, Hive, PostGreSQL Server, MongoDB, Redis• Restful APIs, Postman• Java and SpringBoot• Git, JIRA, Confluence• Jenkins, Nexus, Kubernetes PRB
