What you will do | Job Responsibility• Execute and manage the complete recruitment process for Clinical & Non-Clinical roles.• Manage the targeted recruitment channels (Portals, Referrals, Advertisements, Campus, etc.) asper the profiles for sourcing the candidates for the open positions and closure of the positionwithin TAT.• Should be able to do Stakeholder Management & bulk recruitment• Past exposure of volume hiring preferably from Healthcare - Staff Nurses/ Pharmacist / FrontDesk/ Doctors etc will be an added advantage• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize dailyworkload.• Should be a go getter & Enthusiastic.• Working Pattern Monday to Saturday.• Should be able to do bulk hiring• PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE: 2 to 5 years of experience in core recruitment. Should have donebulk hiring PRB
