"If a home had an ambition, it has to be Bonito" Opportunity : Senior Interior Designer/Interior DesignerExperience: 10/5+ YearsSenior Interior Designer - Requirements :➢ At least 10+ years of experience as an architect /interior designer.➢ At least 5 years of experience working in the residential space.➢ Up-to-date knowledge of the latest materials and trends in the industry.➢ Experience managing projects from design to installation.➢ Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Sketchup.➢ Knowledge and experience in the modular industry Excellent presentation and communication skills.➢ A diploma in interior design (2/3 years) or a B.Arch degree the ability to develop and present design concepts effectively.Interior Designer - Requirements : ➢ At least 5+ years of experience as an interior designer. Experience in leading and delivering 5-6 residential projects.➢ Proficiency in design tools such as PPT presentation (Mood board), AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop.➢ Expertise in conceptual design, including layout, style, and mood board creation.➢ Technical design knowledge, including material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation. Knowledge and experience in modular design, including material knowledge, aesthetics, and functionality, as well as module planning.➢ Understanding of civil works and services, including specifications and installation details.General Requirements:Excellent visualization and presentation skillsStrong technical knowledge of construction, materials and finishesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsShould be from Studio.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
